Our sustainability work focuses on the areas where we have the most direct influence: the safety of the people who use our products, the durability of what we make, how we manufacture, and how we treat our employees.

Products that last
Our products are designed to protect people working at height, and we engineer them for durability. Longer-lasting equipment, such as RESQ's vacuum-packed rescue products, can mean fewer replacements and less waste.

We work to improve resource efficiency in our own production, including our facility in Slovakia, and expect suppliers to follow the shared Code of Conduct on labour, environmental and ethical standards.
People & community
We aim to offer safe workplaces, internal development and equal opportunities across the group. Each company runs its own operations, with decisions made close to the customer. Through Outreach Rescue, the group also delivers rescue and medical training to emergency services and industrial teams.

Group companies follow Bergman & Beving's Code of Conduct, which covers areas including anti-corruption, human rights, labour practices and the environment.
